ESRA works to close social and educational gaps in the socio-geographic periphery, through development and management of community projects.
English speakers that are integrated into community projects feel a useful and contributing member of society, thereby simultaneously serving our two major aims.
We invite you to become a member, enjoy social and cultural activities, access personal support, and feel the satisfaction of volunteering, wherever, whenever it suits you, knowing you are aiding Israeli society.
Volunteers provide a listening ear and support for those who need a friend.
Provides financial first aid for people in crisis (according to fund criteria)
Individual subsidized meetings for those dealing with trauma and life's challenges. Phone meetings available. Supervised by Prof Clare Rubin.

Rooted in a strong tradition of volunteering and community work, ESRA and Gvahim share the same beliefs, values, and deep understanding of the challenges that come with making aliyah. Together, we offer a one-stop-shop providing relevant opportunities and possibilities for olim to get and stay on track in their new home.
