Step back in time as we trace the footsteps of history on a breathtaking 11–12 km hike through the Judean hills.

We begin at Hurvat Hanot, the ruins of an ancient rest stop, before following the old Roman Road that once connected Ashkelon to Jerusalem. Our path leads us toward the legendary Valley of Elah—where the biblical battle of David and Goliath is said to have taken place.

From there, we descend into Nahal Mata and climb up through Nahal Uzah, eventually reaching Hurvat Bet Eitav and the twin caves of Nahal HaMeara, famous for their bat colonies. Along the way, enjoy magnificent views and the unique atmosphere of this storied landscape.
