In response to demand we are starting a support group under the guidance of an experienced counsellor.
This is in addition to our one-to-one counselling service.

Our new support group will meet on Wednesday afternoons for 6 weekly sessions,  beginning November 9th. until December 14th

• Are you affected by a loss or a change which seems painful to you?
• Maybe you are feeling stressed, tense and anxious about something?
• Would you feel you could be helped by joining a supportive and professionally led group?
