Are you an Adult (20 plus) with ADHD? Our group is designed for you!
We meet in an informal, supportive environment to discuss any and all issues related to ADD/ADHD and we strive to expose ourselves to material regarding any and all related subjects.
Interactive Programs (formerly Lecture Group) on ADD/ADHD related topics take place usually on the 4th Thursday of the month and are open to the public.
Meetings begin at 20:30 for registration & coffee; 21:00 program begins

A Peer Coaching group also meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.
