I want to report on a very successful Garden Club meeting held July 14th at my home in Kochav Yair. My neice Dr. Mollie Sacks gave a fascinating lecture on Soil.  She described all types of soils, their contents, their ability to grow plants, trees and of course enrich our gardens.  Many questions were asked and answered and it was a delight to have an informational evening on a subject that is so important to every gardener.
