This week the Ethiopian Community Centre in Kfar Saba was the location of  the opening  of the new 'Students Build a Neighborhood' project attended by Kfar Saba dignitaries, ESRA representatives, Beit Berl students and local residents.

The Beit Berl students who are housed in the neighbourhood will help the children of the 'Ophira Noavon' and 'Remez' schools in 3 ways: small groups of 5th-6th graders will meet for 4 hours each week with their student mentor; there will be weekly stimulating social activities for larger groups; and events will be planned to include also the parents and community at large.

ESRA as one of the partners together with the Kfar Saba Municipality and Beit Berl College and others, provides scholarships for the students.
