This week members of the Welfare Committee, together with a wonderful donor, interviewed 5 more needy students for scholarships to help them continue with their studies. Three of the students who arrived from the FSU  with the Na’aleh program (bringing teenagers to Israel without their families)  impressed us with their positive attitude. 

The ESRA Scholarship Fund, launched in 2000, helps between 60 and 70 students in need every year. Scholarships range from NIS 1,000 to NIS 8,000.
