Yesterday evening Jennifer Bell received an award on behalf of ESRA at a special evening for new and recent immigrants organised by Raanana Municipality. The evening at Yad Lebanim, organised by the Aliyah and Klitah Department, in the presence of the Mayor of Raanana, Nahum Hofri, honoured 10 local organisations who work towards absorbing the new arrivals.

The 2004 Volunteers Awards party was held at Beit Fisher on Monday 23rd February.

In attendance from the ESRA Executive Committee was Richard Stein, Chairman, Phyllis Bloch and Adele Hunter, Co-Vice Chairperson and Josie Shlain.

Motti Weiner was the M.C. and welcomed about 80 people and thanked all the volunteers who worked to make the event a success.

ESRA, together with Raanana Moadon Hazahav, presents another series of weekly lecture with excellent lecturers starting on 5th September 2011.

Lectures cover a wide range of topics and include lecturers such as Dr. Motti Kedar, Roi Aloni, Ron Fogel, Dina Heimann, Allon Klebanoff, Dr. Pamela Peled and others.
