Everyone in the Kfar Saba and Hod Hasharon area is invited to ESRA's Open House, an informal get together at the Kfar Saba Branch clubhouse in the shelter at 11 Nachshon St.

• Refreshments, lectures, games, quizzes etc.
• Meet old friends and make new friends.

Our guest on June 13th was Dance Movement Therapist, Judith Sternfeld, who gave us a taste of dance therapy and relaxation exercises in gentle movements,  enhancing our creativity and sense of wellbeing.
