Official Opening Ceremony of the Horse Riding Therapy Center

The Official Opening of the Horse Riding Therapy Center at Kibbutz Maggal took place on 14th October 2010.

The event started with a visit around the Centre followed by the opening ceremony with the participation of Mr. Yaakov Herzog, Minister of Welfare,  Mr Shimon Tzurieli, head of ILAN, and other dignitaries.

The Tlamim Riding Centre gives the opportunity to children with motoric disabilities to enjoy therapeutic sessions with experts, involving horse riding, animal therapy and other art activities.

Donations to this project go towards salaries for the professional trainers.
