I was appointed Executive Director of ESRA at the beginning of 2011, and feel both honor and pride at being part of the administrative staff of this organization. In this capacity, I see my mission as servicing the public sector in a continuation of my previous position in the Raanana Municipality.

In the brief time that has passed, I have learnt to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness of ESRA and its work as the largest English speaking volunteer organization operating in Israel.
The work ESRA does for all immigrants, assistance for the less fortunate and the links between the organization and the various municipalities, is exemplary. This is why we are known as ‘one organization – so many good causes’.

The organization’s successful ability to realize its goals is made possible by the great partnerships developed over the years with the various municipalities, foundations, private donors and membership support, alongside professional and excellent management in the administrative and financial areas.

I believe wholeheartedly that if we combine our strengths and continue to increase our partnerships, our memberships and our volunteer network - we will continue fulfilling ESRA's goals.

I salute our volunteers and contributors without whom our success would not be achieved.

I invite those who are unfamiliar with our great achievements in the community to join us. We need more volunteers to strengthen our presence throughout Israel. Likewise, we welcome all donations to help further our cherished work.

Thank you ESRA for this fantastic opportunity.  I look forward to working with all those associated with the heart-warming projects and all those involved in the organization, on a more personal basis.
