ESRA organises lecture series, or workshops, or courses throughout the year.
- The popular lecture series together with Raanana Moadon Hazahav runs for 9 months of the year, starting after the High Holydays until the summer break.
- The series of art lectures at TAMA has been running for many years and covers a wide range of art topics, each time followed by a gallery visit.

AN ONGOING CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP FOR THOSE WHO'D LIKE TO WRITE 'FREEING THE WRITER WITHIN YOU' led by Sharon Bacher. Weekly on Tuesday evenings starting Tuesday 3 January 2012
Sharon Bacher, the course leader, worked for 22 years at Beit Issie Shapiro as their English staff writer, writing creative pieces, newsletters, website content, video scripts and fundraising communications. She participated in the late Chaim Zeldis' creative writing group in Ra'anana for some 5 years. She has 3 book publications and has written many short stories and articles.
