Project of the Month

These programs allow talented underprivileged teenagers to fulfill their potential by providing them with a challenging program of enrichment and leadership training at the Ruppin Institute of Marine Science. Talented 7th graders from all backgrounds of Israeli society in the lower socio-economic levels are chosen - programs run for 2 years.

Knitting - Handicraft Circles

Caesarea-Zichron: A Knitting Club meets bi-weekly in different homes. Contact Judy 050 823 5216.

Raanana: A knitting circle meets every Tuesday morning at 10:00 at Beit Hanoar.
Come and join us - call Jane 09-771 3991. Knitters also knit at home - donations of wool are pooled and distributed for our home knitters.

Ramat Aviv: Knitting and Crochet Circle on Thursday mornings 10:00. Wool provided free of charge, and instructions when needed. Call Lucie 054-498 1342 or Lucy 052-859 7195.

Rishon Lezion: Knitting Circle on the second Thursday of the month 10:00-12:00. Call Shirley 03-958 0556

Garments made by our ESRA knitters are donated to immigrants and disadvantaged families all over Israel.
