The ESRA Modiin Second-hand Bookshop is a little gem of a store with its multitude of books ranging from fiction to non-fiction, best sellers, biographies, auto-biographies, thrillers, and children books, as well as books in Hebrew and selected books to attract readers of every age group.   

Every purchase entitles the buyer to register for a raffle held at the end of each month and the winner receives a book of his choice, much to the delight of tens of satisfied bookworms. Chani Hadad, November's lucky winner wrote:   "YAY!  Thank you. Great birthday present for me!   I'll be coming in soon".      
The store is well organized and capably run by gracious volunteers from Modiin.
Proceeds from sales go towards supporting Neve ESRA a project for children at risk.
