Project of the Month

These programs allow talented underprivileged teenagers to fulfill their potential by providing them with a challenging program of enrichment and leadership training at the Ruppin Institute of Marine Science. Talented 7th graders from all backgrounds of Israeli society in the lower socio-economic levels are chosen - programs run for 2 years.

Day Trip by train to Beit Hatfutsot Museum on the campus of Tel Aviv University

Join us for an unforgettable group experience at Beit Hatefutsot. Once known ‎as the Museum of Jewish Diaspora, today it is dedicated to the promotion of 'Jewish Peoplehood'. The galleries ‎and events are rotated regularly and the prime activity is interactive ‎with trained museum staff. It is an unforgettable experience, providing ‎facts along with “warm and fuzzy” interactive dialogue.‎

11:00 Guided Tour of the Museum
12:30 Bring your own lunch or ‎order lunch at the campus cafeteria ‎‎[Kosher] where we have a special space assigned. We will be joined ‎by museum staff to continue discussion whilst we eat.

Please Note: There is no charge for the tour (covered by a special grant) but NIS 10 contribution to ESRA will be gratefully accepted!

Leave Nahariya on the 8:54 am ‎train - arrive at the train station early enough to ‎purchase your own tickets.
Short Bus trip from Universtiy Station to the TAU campus - please have small change for the bus fare
