ESRA Nordic Pole Walking in Raanana Park

Nordic Pole Walking in Raanana Park

nordic_walking.jpgNordic walking using adjustable poles is a full body exercise, and develops the upper ‎and lower body muscles simultaneously. It strengthens the muscles along the ‎spine enabling walkers to maintain a steady position (in the back) for a long ‎period, because the abdominal muscles, pelvic muscles and nervous system ‎are used together.‎

See how different your body feels and use up more calories!

From October 2017 we will be meeting on Monday evenings at a new time of 6.30pm (18:30) - Meet at Raanana lake, by the cafe.

‎* For individuals of all ages and abilities, pole walking and exercise programs can be ‎a ‘gateway exercise’ to improve health and function
‎* Join people all over the world who are now walking with nordic poles‎
‎* Short exercise class before and after each walk‎
‎‎* Opportunity to try out the poles as well as purchase them ‎

Please note: Participants should be fit and able to walk. Instruction will be given on the use of the poles, but ESRA holds no responsibility for individuals who join in the sessions.
