Dance Centre for Excellence
Description of the Project :
Discovers the talent in these wonderful Ethiopian children, encourages excellence in the arts and helps develop personal and community self-confidence, self-esteem and pride.
How the Project Works :
Two dance troupes who learn traditional ethnic Ethiopian dances led by a dance teacher who specializes in ethnic Ethiopian dance and culture. The two groups join together to practice and are invited to perform at many venues throughout the country.

40 girls between the ages of 10 and 14
