Project of the Month

These programs allow talented underprivileged teenagers to fulfill their potential by providing them with a challenging program of enrichment and leadership training at the Ruppin Institute of Marine Science. Talented 7th graders from all backgrounds of Israeli society in the lower socio-economic levels are chosen - programs run for 2 years.

ESRA Givatayim held its third Friday morning breakfast on 1 May at Café Café. Despite the road closures due to the Ramat Gan Cycle Race and last minute illness which prevented some from attending, ten members collected at Café Café to enjoy good company, a tasty breakfast, pleasant ambiance and the joy of connection.

Millie from Ramat Gan discovered that her cousin from Baltimore is a friend of Joy, Honey’s sister, who is visiting from Washington DC. Mayera discovered that Hilton also hails from Bulawayo!! Connie reconnected with Kleile. Margaret and Louis found common ground with Elinore,Mayera’s cousin, who had just landed from South Africa that morning,  and .... ESRA is the glue that binds…
