SUPPORT GROUP - FIRST MEETING

Presentation: Meditation as an ADD/ADHD tool in group and individual settings.
Nathan Samsonowitz has been meditating for many years and he himself has ADD. He would like to share with us his experiences with meditating and its effects on ADD.

New Year Kickoff Get-Together. We are reaching out to anyone who is interested in hearing more about the group and its activities. You don’t have to be diagnosed with ADHD or even know someone who has ADHD to join us for this fun evening.
