A Professional Career Guidance service for English speakers starting May 2008 - now available every alternate Sunday afternoon from 13:00 at ESRA, Beit Fisher, 5 Rehov Klausner, Ra'anana

This FREE service is on a confidential one-to-one basis, to help English speakers determine their most appropriate career path taking into account their natural personality and skills as well as the opportunities and constraints of the Israeli marketplace

Nat Gordon, ESRA’s volunteer consultant is a member of the Institute of Career Guidance and has over 25 years experience in Israel as a recruiter specializing in native English speakers

The service is primarily career guidance, but participants currently seeking a new job will be given many practical hints on where to search

This service is not a registered employment agency

Most participants will have a minimum of two consultations, the first a half hour, and the second a week later for an hour - however more will be offered if required

It will be recommended that participants provide feedback regarding their successes and failures so that tips can be passed on

The sessions are totally private and confidential but participants can come with family or friends if they think their input will be positive to the career/job search

This service will include complimentary online psychometric personality testing and is consistent with the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Career Guidance, guaranteeing Equal Opportunities, Impartiality and total Confidentiality.
