CHARITY SECOND HAND SHOPS

Rationale:
To provide immigrant and disadvantaged Israelis, and foreign workers, the opportunity to purchase cheap clothing and household items of quality.

Operation:
Volunteers collect and sort the stock and man the shops.

The Program:
Shops sell the items for between one and ten shekels on average, having received the stock as donations from ESRA members. Clothes and toys are also donated by the shops to needy persons and to children in hospitals.
